Maintenance: COMM Board Replacement
COMM Board Replacement
1. Remove the battery as described in “Battery Replacement” on page 5-6.
2. Using a #10 Torx driver, remove the fasteners from the panel surrounding the
LAN and m
odem ports.
3. Grasp the side edges of the COMM board.
Rock the board side to side in the
slot as you pull it out along its rails.
4. Insert the new COMM board as shown below. Slide it onto the rails until it
is
seated in place.
