Maintenance: Preparing System for FRU Replacement
1. Remove all cables from the unit, if connected.
2. Remove the battery as described in“PWA Connector Details” on
page 4-4.
3. Turn the device upside down and remove the four fastening screws
on the bottom.
4. With the keypad facing up, open the printer door along with the
roller.
5. Raise the top cover of the housing and disconnect the keypad cable
from the J4 connector and Display cable from the J5 connector for the
old PWA and J6 for the new PWA connector. Refer the following
figure for PWA connector details.
