Install two ratchet clamps over the section of tubing between the bag as-
sembly probe port (welded into the disposable bag) and the female aseptic
connection device (ACD) connector attached to the probe port of the dispos-
able bag, at the location shown in the following illustration.

Using your fingers, loosely tighten the ratchet clamps until the teeth on the
clamp are engaged enough to hold the clamp in position (2 to 3 teeth en-
gaged).

NOTICE
Do not tighten the clamps too much, otherwise they
prevent the insertion of the probe into the disposable
bag.
