15.4 CONTROLLI PRELIMINARI - PRELIMINAR CHECKS
All’acquisto la macchina è fornita di olio motore
e refrigerante nel radiatore.
At the moment of the purchase, the machine
is supplied of engine oil and coolant in the
radiator.
Prima di ogni successivo utilizzo, verificare i
relativi livelli.
Before every next use, verify the relative
levels.
Controllare che gli interruttori termici (33) posti
sul quadro frontale siano in posizione “OFF”.
Check that the circuit breakers (33) placed on
the frontal board are in “OFF” position.
Assicurarsi che nessun carico sia collegato
alla presa 230÷240 V 16 A (21).
Make sure that any load is connected to the
plug 230÷240 V 16 A (21)
Assicurarsi che il pulsante stop d’emergenza
(19) sia armato. Nel caso non lo fosse girare la
manopola in senso orario.
Make sure that the emergency stop button
(19) is rearmed. If it doesn’t, turn the grip
handle in clockwise direction.
15.5 AVVIAMENTO DEL MOTORE - ENGINE STARTING
Posizionare la chiave d’avviamento (32) sul
primo scatto per consentire il preriscaldamento
delle candelette, spia (31) accesa. Allo
spegnimento della spia (31), avviare il motore
portando la chiave (32) a fondo corsa in senso
orario.
Position the starting key (32) on the first step
to avoid the glow plugs’ pre-heating, signal
lamp (31) burnt. When the light (31) is off,
start the engine by moving key (32)
completely in clockwise direction.
Nota: Se il motore non si avvia attendere circa
10 secondi e ripetere l’operazione, portando
prima la chiave in posizione OFF.
Note: If the engine falls to start, turn the key
to the OFF position and wait 10 seconds
before operating the starter again.
Lasciare il motore in funzione per circa 5
minuti in modo da consentire un regolare
riscaldamento.
Let the engine to run for about 5 minutes to
warm it up.
Il motore è tarato al giusto regime dei giri
(1500 r.p.m.) pertanto non è necessario
effettuare nessuna regolazione.
The engine is set at (1500 r.p.m.) therefore it
is not necessary to make any adjustment.

15.6 RODAGGIO - RUNNING IN
Per le prime 50 ore di funzionamento della
macchina, per consentire un buon rodaggio del
motore, non prelevare oltre il 70% della
potenza massima indicata nelle specifiche
tecniche.
For the first 50 hours of operation of the
machine do not employ more than 70% of the
maximum power indicated in the technical
specifications. In this way, a proper engine
running in is guaranteed.
