Interlock
Lights Will
Not Turn On
Be sure the
keyswitch is in the
appropriate
position.
Be sure the
Emergency Stop
buttons are pulled
up to the on
position.
Be sure the power
light is on.
Be sure the unit is
set up according to
the operator's
manual.
Be sure the
outriggers are the
correct length.
Check for power at
terminal 8 (black wire) on
the 13 pole terminal strip
(J1) located in the ground
control box. Put Neg.
lead of voltage meter on
grounding terminal 10
(green/yellow wire).
0V DC
Check for power at the
black wires that are
connected together with a
wire nut in the ladder-end
junction box.
Disconnect the power
supply. Unplug the 18/7
cable quick disconnect
from the ladder-end
junction box under the
ground control box and
inspect the male and
female connectors for
damage.

Repair or replace
damaged connectors.
Replace the P.C. board.
Replace 18/7 cable from
the ground control box
because of open circuit in
black wire.
