20. Knowing the ambient temperature, move up vertically to the line. Read the V

right side of the graph and rated power from the left side.

To determine the electrical power that the generator is producing, a precision resistor is
provided within the generator. This resistor is called the V
set
resistor, or precision load. By
connecting the generator to this resistor and measuring the voltage across it, the power
produced by the generator can be calculated as follows:

by squaring the measured voltage. Similarly, setup
voltage can be calculated by taking the square root of the target power.

voltage is measured across terminals 2 and 4 on TB1, with the TEG in SETUP configuration
(jumper clip in the setup position across terminals 2 and 3 on TB 1, as shown in Figure 13
and Figure 14) .
