incorrect use of the handwheel.
6. Check grinding degree (if the coffee flows evenly out of the
coffee outlet and a fine, dense crema is formed, the setting
is correct).
7. If the desired setting has not yet been reached, repeat the
grinding degree setting.
8. Close the automatic door and lock it with the key.
5.3.8 Calibrating the powder container
Different products behave differently due to different consistency.
Incorrect calibration may result in poor quality of the product
dispensed (insufficient or excessive dosing) or clogging of the
MMX Mix-Mix-System in the event of excessive dosing.
Therefore, the dosing motors of the powder containers must be
recalibrated during initial commissioning and each time a
different product is changed.
Carry out the procedure for all powder containers.
Method
1. Unlock and open the automatic door with the key.
2. Remove powder slide.
3. Select Service menu > Calibration.
4. Select the desired instant product from the dropdown menu.
5. Hold a suitable container under the powder outlet and press
[Start].
The product motor runs for 5 seconds. The measured
value results in the max. Output quantity in
grams/second.
6. Discard the first issue. Since the powder screw must first fill
with powder, only the second output can be weighed and
evaluated.
7. Weigh the delivered quantity and enter the weight in the
input field.
8. Confirm the entry with [Save].
The powder chutes can be reinstalled after calibration.
9. Close the automatic door and lock it with the key.
