The actual scope of delivery may deviate from the explanations
and illustrations described here in the case of special designs,
the use of additional order options or due to the latest technical
changes.
The obligations agreed in the delivery contract, the general terms
and conditions as well as the delivery conditions of the dealer or
the manufacturer and the legal regulations valid at the time of the
conclusion of the contract apply.
