the machine.
Only use cleaning agents or disinfectants suitable for
use in food processing to clean the machine.
The temperature of 65 °C must not be exceeded when
cleaning automatic machine parts made of plastic.
The cleaning and maintenance work carried out should be
recorded in a cleaning certificate.
