Fault description Measures for fault correction
Excess voltage in the DC voltage link.
Check mains input voltage.
Release of failure through command.
Change slope times/speeds.
Temperature limit exceeded.
Check for overload of the drive unit.
Cool down the drive unit and reduce the number
of cycles.
Permanent current overload.
Check for overload of the drive unit.
Check the door mechanism for stiffness or
weight.
Brake / FI fault.
Check brake, replace if necessary.
If problem recurs, replace drive unit.
FI group message.
Release of failure through command.
Replace drive unit if message continues to be
displayed.
Minimum travel path not reached during initial
operation.
Move the door for at least 1 second.
