Grid
Underfrequency
Utility grid
exception. The
actual grid
frequency is
lower than the
requirement of the
local grid standard.
1. If the problem occurs occasionally, the
utility grid may be abnormal temporarily.
The inverter will recover automatically
after detecting that the utility grid is
normal.
2. If the problem occurs frequently, check
whether the grid frequency is within the
permissible range.
Contact the local power company if the
grid frequency exceeds the permissible
range.
Modify the underfrequency
protection threshold or disable the
underfrequency protection function
after obtaining the consent of the local
power company if the grid frequency is
within the permissible range. Or close
“Grid Underfrequency” function.
