Remove Pump
NOTE: See your displacement pump manual for pump
repair instructions.
1. Stop the pumps and turn off the heat zones.
2. Flush the pumps. Follow Flush the Equipment on
page 21.
3. Relieve pressure. Follow the Pressure Relief
Procedure on page 19.
4. Park and shutdown the Reactor. Follow Shutdown
on page 20.
5. Turn main power switch (MP) off.
6. Route fluid to waste containers or supply tanks.
Turn pressure relief/spray valves (SA, SB) to
pressure relief/circulation.
NOTE: Use a drop cloth or rags to protect the
Reactor and surrounding areas from spills.
Pump rod and connecting rod move during
operation. Moving parts can cause serious injury
such as pinching or amputation. Keep hands and
fingers away from connecting rod during operation.
