Apply lubricant to all gear teeth.
Apply Lubricant to rectangular cavity or connecting link.
Lubricate threads of pumps prior to assembly into housing (108).
Reed switch mounts to housing (106) with wire leads facing up.
Housing must be installed on motor with crankshafts aligned with each other.
Finger tighten on both sides.
Torque to 200 +/- 10 in-lb (22.5 +/- 1.1 N•m).
Torque to 25-30 ft-lb (33.8 - 40.6 N•m).
