What does it mean if my Graco Reactor E-10hp Paint Sprayer status indicator is not lit?
    • O
      osbornenicholasSep 12, 2025
If the status indicator is not lit, make sure the function knob is set to Park/Off when power is applied. Check that the indicator cable is connected at J3 on the top motor control board. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the control board may have failed and need replacement. A shorted pressure transducer or potentiometer input could also be the cause.

What to do if my Graco Reactor E-10hp tank level sensor does not sense full tank?
    • B
      Brandi AlvarezSep 12, 2025
If the tank level sensor does not sense a full tank, check the position of both tank level sensors to ensure they are properly placed. Reconnect the sensor wires in the display panel if they are disconnected. If problems persist, reset the tank fluid level sensor sensitivity.

What to do if my Graco Reactor E-10hp Paint Sprayer tank level sensor does not sense empty tank?
    • M
      Maurice DavisSep 10, 2025
If the tank level sensor doesn't sense an empty tank, flush and clean the inside of the tanks and the outside of the sensor and recessed area on the tank to remove any material buildup. Reconnect the LED wires inside the control panel if they are disconnected. If the issue persists, reset the tank fluid level sensor sensitivity.

What to do if my Graco Reactor E-10hp Paint Sprayer has no cycle counter switch input?
    • S
      Shari LopezSep 8, 2025
If there's no cycle counter switch input, verify that the recirc valves are open and the unit is set to Recirc mode. Check the cycle counter switch connection to the board. Also, check that the magnet and cycle counter switch are in place under the RES side motor end cover, replacing them if necessary.

What to do if my Graco Paint Sprayer primary heater(s) does not heat?
    • J
      Joshua RodriguezAug 25, 2025
If the primary heater(s) isn't heating, here's what you can do: * If the heat is turned off, press the zone keys. * Check the temperature display for a diagnostic code if there's a temperature control alarm. * If there is a signal failure from the thermocouple, see E04: Thermocouple disconnected, page 33. * Check the resistance of the heater elements if the heater element has failed.

What does it mean if my Graco Paint Sprayer has a pressure transducer RES failure?
    • A
      Ashley WilliamsSep 6, 2025
If there is a Pressure Transducer RES failure, first check the transducer RES electrical connection (J12). If that doesn't resolve the issue, reverse the ISO and RES transducer electrical connections at the board. If the error moves to transducer ISO (Status Code 3), replace transducer RES.

What does it mean if my Graco Paint Sprayer has a pressure transducer ISO failure?
    • E
      Erin AyalaSep 5, 2025
If there is a Pressure Transducer ISO Failure, first check the transducer ISO electrical connection (J11). If that doesn't resolve the issue, reverse the ISO and RES transducer electrical connections at the board. If the error moves to transducer RES (Status Code 4), replace transducer ISO.

What to do if my Graco Paint Sprayer has pressure deviation from setpoint?
    • J
      Jenna HutchinsonSep 4, 2025
If your equipment cannot maintain enough pressure for a good mix with an impingement mix gun, try using a smaller mix chamber or nozzle.

What to do if my Graco Reactor E-10hp Paint Sprayer has motor controller faults?
    • B
      Brittany LopezSep 3, 2025
If you're experiencing motor controller faults, cycle the power. If the error persists, replace the board.

What to do if my Graco Paint Sprayer experiences motor controller high temperature?
    • C
      cynthia55Sep 2, 2025
If the motor controller indicates a high temperature, shut down the system and move the Reactor to a cooler location. Allow one hour for cooling.
