Check if the swivel straps are loose or broken, and replace them if necessary. Also, inspect for any broken, loose, or shorted wires, and consult an electrician. The Stir-Guard solid state module might be defective and require replacement. For new installations, verify that the junction box on the trolley is properly wired according to the wiring diagrams. Finally, check for any electrical swivel shorts or loose connections.

  If the auger is not advancing through the grain in your GSi Industrial Equipment, ensure the tilt switch is properly adjusted. The auger may be worn out and need replacement. Check for any foreign objects in the grain and remove them. If the Stir-Ator is hung too low in the center, causing the auger to drag on the floor, raise the center to 1" high for every 18' diameter. Excessive moisture and foreign material may have caused the grain to form hard spots, which should be removed. Finally, ensure the frame pivot is not seized and is able to rotate.

Ensure the trolley is not binding on the frame rails and that the cable connector is installed correctly, going around the idler pulleys.
