The Forced Tripping control function allows an electromechanical tripping test to be carried out
on the circuit breaker.
It is programmed for one of the following two modes:
• Tripping: trip to test the entire electromechanical chain of the tripping of the circuit breaker,
• Without tripping: trip the trip unit only to test the electronic part only.
This function is available directly on the sentinel Energy display or using the Hager Power
setup software.
