Field Test Mode Sequence:
During the testing, the system is able to run through the following Heat and Defrost sequence. This sequence is to validate the
operation of all the outputs and will generate any system errors that may occur to allow the field technician to observe them.
1. Controller enters into to H1 for 10 seconds:
a. Activate Primary Compressor-1 Cylinder, ODF1, and Y2Out.
2. Controller switching to H2 for 10 seconds:
a. Deactivate Primary Compressor-1 Cylinder.
b. Wait 10 seconds (Primary reversal protection period).
c. Activate Primary Compressor-2 Cylinders.
3. Controller switching to H3 for 10 seconds:
a. Activate W1Out.
4. Controller switching to H4 for 10 seconds:
a. Activate Booster Compressor (Primary Compressor-2 Cylinders still on).
b. Deactivate W1Out.
5. Controller switching to d1 regardless of ambient temperature:
a. Deactivate STG3 and Booster Compressor and ODF1 (Primary Compressor-2 Cylinders still on).
b. Wait for 2 seconds.
c. Activate RV.
d. Pause for 60 seconds.
6. Controller switching to d2:
a. Activate W1Out.
b. Wait for time or temperature termination: deactivate W1Out.
c. There might be time delay between previous and the next stage if defrost terminates with temperature.
7. Controller switching to d3:
a. Activate ODF1.
b. Wait 20 seconds for Outdoor Fan to remove excess water droplets from the coil.
c. Deactivate RV.
d. Switch to Standby: deactivate Primary Compressor-2 Cylinders, ODF1, and Y2Out.
