5.2 Installing the overhead suspension CPK
Safety
WARNING
Hazard due to falling tool and parts
Risk of severe head injuries
f Install the overhead suspension in strict compliance
with correct procedure.
f Wear a hard hat while installation is in progress.
Tools needed
• Open-ended wrench, w/f 13
• Allen key, w/f 4

f Secure rail runner 1 with screws 7 to upright 2.
f Slip reel mount with clamping ring3 through upright2.
Be sure to check that direction of rotation of the pinion.
The pinion must be able to engage.
f On the opposite side of upright 2, slip cable-tie strip
tensioner 4 on to reel mount with clamping ring 3.
f Install washer 5 and acorn nut 6 and tighten.
f Secure overhead suspension CPK with rail runner 1 at
the intended and suitable position in accordance with
correct procedure.
f For details of weight and bore-hole spacing, consult
thetechnical data, à„Overhead suspension CPK“ on
page27.
f Check that everything is firmly secure.
