8.2.4 Overview of commands sent via serial interface
(without data)
The controller sends one of the commands listed below to
the power pack with control box.
Command Function
VERN: Version query
The power pack responds by sending the version number and – if connected – the version number of the tool as a string.
STAT: Status query
The power pack responds by sending the current status of the power pack and – if connected – the status of the tool.
GRTC: Query for clock time in the power pack
The power pack responds by sending its current clock time.
GADF: Query for memory information
The power pack responds by sending the number of data records in the fault memory and the number of data records
in the binding memory.
GSPM: Query for tool information
The power pack responds by sending.
• Serial number
• Counter reading
• Counter reading at last service
• Date of last service
• Setting for interruption, head
• Setting for standby time
• Force and quality

8.2.5 Overview of commands sent via serial interface
(with data)
The controller sends one of the commands listed below
together with the data query to the power pack with control
box.
Command Function
SRTC:hh:mm:ss:dd:MM:yy Set clock time
Sets the clock time in the power pack:
• hh: hours
• mm: minutes
• ss: seconds
• dd: days
• MM: months
• yy: year
LPAR:KQ Change setting on tool
Sets the forces and quality at the tool to the data as transmitted:
• K: Force (0-4)
• Q: Quality (0-2)
GDSA:XXXXXXXX Query 8-place binding data record
Requests from the tool a data record with the index as transmitted. The index runs from 0 (most recent data record)
tothe last available data record (can be requested with GADF:).
GDSF:XXXXXXXX Query 8-place error data record
Requests from the tool a data record with the index as transmitted from error memory. The index runs from 0
(mostrecent data record) to the last available data record (can be requested with GADF:).
