Select this option to log out of your Hero account.
Hero Fill
Hero Fill is Hero’s medication refill service. Every month, Hero Fill will send you what you
need, when you need it, whether it be prescription or over-the-counter.
Setup
The setup of Hero Fill involves gathering some information about the user, their health
conditions, their insurance, and the transferring of prescriptions.
User Info and Health Conditions
1. On the app, select
Refills
.
2. Swipe through the overview or go right to
Get Started
.
3. Acknowledge that you understand that it could take up to 10 days to receive
medication after a transfer request by selecting
Continue
. If you have any
questions, select
Have a question?
and you will be able to chat with Hero’s
customer service.
4. Enter the required patient details and select
Next
.
5. Select any and all medical conditions that apply to you. Use the text field at the
bottom to add any medical conditions not listed. Select
Next
.
6. Continue by adding any other health conditions that may pertain to you and
answering whether you smoke or drink. Select
Next
.
Insurance Info
7. Select whether you would like to add your insurance information. If
Yes
, select
Next
and continue to step 8. If you select
No
, you will be charged the out-of-pocket
amount for any refills processed through Hero Fill.
8. Locate your insurance card and enter:
Your Member ID
Your Group Number
Your BIN (Bank Identification Number)
Your PCN (Process Control Number)
9. Once your insurance information is entered, select
Next
.
