Prescription Transfer
Note that after Hero Fill’s initial setup, you can have any newly added medications be
refilled via Hero Fill at any time by going to
Refills
>
Manage Account
>
Transfer
Prescription
.
After uploading your insurance information, you can then start transferring your
prescription refill information.
10. The app will display all the medications - both prescription and over-the-counter
- that you currently have loaded in your Hero account. Select the first prescription
medication that you’d like to transfer.
NOTE:
While over-the-counter medications do not require prescriptions and
therefore do not need to be transferred, Hero Fill can still order them for you.
11. Choose whether you want to transfer this prescription from your current
Pharmacy
or from your
Doctor

12. If
Pharmacy
, enter the
Pharmacy Name
and
Phone Number
and select
Next

Doctor
, enter the
Doctor Name
and
Phone Number

Next
.
13. The app will let you know that your transfer has been initiated. Select
Continue
.
14. Continue with any other prescriptions you want to transfer to Hero Fill.
Managing Hero Fill
Select the
Refills
menu at any time to view a list of your medications and their transfer
statuses (if applicable), transfer new prescriptions, request refills, and view your refill
orders.
Prescription Transfer Statuses
Prescriptions being managed by Hero Fill will have a status of:
• Transferred
Your prescription has been successfully transferred to Hero Fill. You can now
order refills.
• Pending
Your prescription transfer is in process.
• Canceled
Hero attempted to transfer your prescription but was unable to do so. Contact
Customer Service for more information.
