12. When riding on wet or loose
surfaces, be cautious.
When riding in wet or rainy
conditions or on loose surfaces, the
ability to manoeuver and stop will be
reduced.
Exercise extreme caution when
braking, accelerating or turning.
Ride at slower speeds and allow for
extra stopping distance.
Keep the scooter as upright as
possible.
Be cautious when riding over
slippery surfaces such as railway
tracks, iron plates, manhole covers,
painted lines, etc.

2. Use the main stand to support the
scooter while parked, lock and remove
the key.
If you must park on a slight incline,
aim the front of the scooter uphill to
PARKING
Park the scooter on firm, level ground
to prevent it from falling over.
1. After stopping the scooter turn the
ignition switch to "OFF" position.
NOTE
reduce the possibility of rolling off the
main stand or overturing.
The exhaust pipe and muffler become very
hot during operation and remain
sufficiently hot to inflict burns if touched
even after turning off the engine.
3. Lock the steering to prevent theft
(page 44 ).
