AIR CLEANER
1. Remove the body cover (page 31).
2. Remove the air cleaner cover (1) by
removing the screws (2).
The air cleaner element is of Dry Paper
Pleated type, it should be serviced at
regular intervals (pages 48 to 50). Service
more frequently when riding in unusually
wet or dusty areas.
Refer to the safety precautions (page 47).

Clean the element by tapping it
gently to loosen dust.
