1. If in case your scooter is not used for more
then a month remove the battery, fully
charge and store in a cool and dry place.
2. If the battery is expected to be stored for
more then two months, ensure to fully
charge the battery once in a month.

charged before installation.
2. Remove the battery clamp (1) by
removing the bolt (2).
Battery charging
Always visit your Authorised Hero
MotoCorp workshop if you see any
symptom of battery discharge as earliest as
possible to get the battery charged. The
battery has a tendency to discharge rapidly
if any additional electrical accessories are
fitted on your scooter.

connected to the battery terminals
during installation.

4. Disconnect the negative (-) terminal lead
(3) from the battery first, then disconnect
the positive (+) terminal lead (4).

the sealing strip is removed.

health. Always confirm local regulations
for battery disposal.

that this product must not be
treated as household waste.
This symbol on the battery means
the old battery must be returned to
your Authorised Hero MotoCorp
workshop as it must be treated as
recyclable material.
