•
Remove the dowel pins (10) and gasket
(11).
• Remove the oil filter screen (12) and wash
it in clean non flammable or high flash point
solvent (kerosene).
• Remove centrifugal filter cover (13) with
gasket and clean the centrifugal filter (14)
with non flammable or high flash point
solvent (kerosene).
• Reinstall the oil filter screen with the tapered
end facing in.

• Install the , exhaust mufflerunder cowl and
side faring .
• Install the kick stopper and kick start pedal.
• Install the oil cooler hoses with new O-ring
by tightening its bolts.
• Fill the crankcase with clean engine oil as
per specification (page 46).
• Reinstall the centrifugal filter cover with new
gasket.
• , right Reinstall the dowel pins & gasket
crankcase cover and connect the clutch
cable.
