AIR CLEANER
The air cleaner is wet paper pleated type filter
which has enhances filtering efficiency. The
air cleaner replacedshould be at regular
intervals When riding in dusty (page 42).
areas, more frequent may be replacement
necessary.
Air cleaner element inspection
• (page 33).Remove the seat
• Dislodge fuse boxes (1). the

• Ensure to replace gasket & dowel pin with
new one once removed.
• Clean filters as specified in the maintenance
schedule.
NOTE
Ensure that adequate care should be taken
while removing the oil cooler hoses to avoid
any damage or leakage.

ENGINE OIL COOLER
(1) Engine oil cooler
CAUTION
!!
•
No hard objects to be used for cleaning the
engine oil cooler (1), otherwise the fins will
get damaged.
•
Avoid keeping any cloth or flammable object
between hot parts (muffler, oil cooler,
engine) and fairing.
•
No high pressure washing of the oil cooler as
it may damaged the fins, any physical
contact with fins is to be avoided.

and the cover (3).
