15)Align the connecting rod big ends
to
the crankshaft.
16)Apply engine oil to the crank pins and connecting rod
17) Install the connecting rod cap by aligning the index mark.
18)Apply oil to the threads and flange section of the connect-
ing rod
bolts
and tighten them
to
the specified torque.

caps.
19)Set the side cover gasket
to
the crankcase side cover,
and install them
to
the crankcase and tighten the 6 x

mm flange bolts securely.

Reinstall the removed parts:

cylinder head

recoil starter
