Enter the desired zone number.

After pressing [∗], a cursor will appear at the
second line.
1. Refer to the Character Chart below.
Press [#], followed by the 3-digit entry for the
first letter you want to display (e.g., # 0 6 5
for “A”).
Press [6] to move the cursor to the right.
2. Repeat Step 1 to enter the next characters
until the desired descriptor is entered.
Descriptors can be up to a maximum of 16
characters. You can use the [4] key to move
the cursor to the left, if necessary.
3. When done, press the [8] key to save the
descriptor and return to the “Zone No. ?”
prompt.
4. Enter the zone number for the next
descriptor, press [∗], and repeat steps 1-3.
To change a descriptor, simply overwrite it.
To exit, enter zone number “00.”
