C.4 ESSER Panels
If Inventory Synchronization and events are required, use both the RS-232 and RS-485
connection. Refer to the To Use an RS-232 Connection for Inventory Synchronization and
To Use an RS-485 Connection section.
If only events are required, use either the RS-232 or RS-485 connection. Refer to the To
Use an RS-485 Connection or To Use an RS232 Connection for Events section.
