2.2 Flammable, Toxic and Oxygen Gas sensors
The RAEGuard 3 detector is designed to work with a variety of gas sensors for
detecting flammable gases that adopts catalytic and infrared(NDIR) technology,
with a wide range of toxic and oxygen sensor that uses electro-chemical
technology. If it needs to be replaced, just replace it as follows: hot-swappable
toxic and oxygen sensors and flammable/infrared sensors that need to be plugged
out/in.

2.3 Accessories
A wide range of accessories is available to allow RAEGuard 3 to be used in a
wider range of environments and installations.
Standard accessories (Note: ATEX/IECEx versions not including Stopping Plug):
Optional accessories:
Waterproof Cap (PN: C07-2011-001)
is designed to protect the sensor
from changes in environmental
conditions. Recommended to be
fitted to RG3 for outdoor.
Calibration Cap
(PN: C07-2018-001) must be used
when calibrating the detector.
U-type Bolts
(PN: 2013-2031-001), a standard
mounting accessory which supports
horizontal pipe and wall mounting
Stopping Plug
(PN: 033-2061-001) is used to seal
unused electrical interfaces on the
transmitter
Z-type Tool (PN: M01-2055-001) is
used to operate all fastening
screws.
Magnetic Wand (PN: 2013-2031-
001) is used to as a tool to allow
users for configuration, calibration
etc.
