2.4 Optional Hart
®
Function
RAGuard 3 provides Hart
®
function, allowing the user or operator remotely set
and maintain the detector via Hart
®
Communicator or Hart
®
Controller, including
troubleshooting, routine practice, commissioning and calibration.
Before performing Hart
®
communication, please firstly confirm whether
RAEGuard 3 DD files are installed in your Hart
®
Communicator or Controller. For
example 475 Hart Communicator, there are three accesses to download and
install: infrared communication, Bluetooth communication and SD card. For more
detailed information, please read Hart
®
Communicator manual or consult
manufacturer.
The DD file of RAEGuard 3 can be downloaded from the website:
https://data.hagascloud.com, or from the Hart
®
Foundation website.
Note: This feature is optional instead of standard.
Mounting Plate Kit (PN: D06-
3010-000) provides you with a
more convenient, time-saving
and labor-saving accessories.
Collecting cone (PN: C07-2012-
000) is designed for use with
lighter than air for detection
Sunshade/Deluge Protection
(PN: D06-2011-001) is fitted to
the integral mounting plate. It is
designed to protect RG3 from
overheating in exposed hot and
arid climates.
Duct Mounted Kit (PN: C07-2013-
000) is designed for applications
to allow the monitoring for the
presence of gas inside a Heating,
Ventilation or Air Conditioning
duct is required.
GasFlow adapter
(PN: C07-2014-000)
facilitates the integration of
detector into gas monitoring
system.
Cable Gland, used to seal the
connection between the cable
and the transmitter.
