Connect the power extender cables, provided in the option kit, to the power cables in the server.
For clarity, the following illustration includes cabling only.
13. Install the riser board in expansion slot 5.
14. Connect the mini-SAS data cable to the extender board and to the riser board.
15. (Optional) Install expansion boards in the extender board ("Installing expansion boards" on page
64).
16. Install fan 3.
17. Install the air baffle.
18. Install the access panel (on page 22).
