  To address logical devices not being recognized by the host with HP Storage, ensure the READY indicator lights on the disk array are ON. Verify that the fiber cables are correctly installed and firmly connected. Confirm that the target IDs are properly configured, with LUNs for each TID starting at 0 and continuing sequentially. Ensure TIDs/WWNs are unique on each bus, avoiding duplicate IDs on the same bus. Recheck the buses for new devices and confirm that LUSE devices are not mixed with normal LUNs on the same port, and that the maximum number of LUSE devices per port has not been exceeded. Finally, verify that the disk array host mode is set correctly.
