Racing Kit
Steering Damper Replacement
Note:
• The racing kit steering damper can be adjusted manually by turning the
adjusting screw.
1. Remove the standard steering damper.
2. Install the racing kit steering damper, but don't reinstall the link cover.
•On the racing kit mechanical steering damper, the damping force is adjusted
by with a screwdriver. We recommend drilling a hole in the top shelter to
allow steering damper adjustment without removing the shelter.
• For adjustment only, drill a ø7 mm hole. For the reading indicator label, drill
a ø18 mm hole.
