Procedure
Step 1 Install a monitoring signal cable between the CMUA and the BBU in an APM30H, as shown in
Figure 6-94.
1. Connect one end of the monitoring signal cable between the CMUA and the BBU to the
COM_IN port on the CMUA in the APM30H.
2. Connect the other end to the MON1 port on the UPEU in the BBU.

Step 2 If another APM30H is configured, install another monitoring signal cable between the BBU in
the APM30H and the CMUA in the extended APM30H, as shown in Figure 6-95.
1. Connect one end of the monitoring signal cable between the BBU in the APM30H and the
CMUA in the extended APM30H to the MON0 port on the UPEU in the BBU.
2. Connect the other end to the COM_IN port on the CMUA in the extended APM30H.
