4.3.2 (Optional) Installing a Smoke Sensor
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the screws that secure the smoke sensor to the top left of the cabinet.
Step 2 Secure the smoke sensor base to the top of the cabinet by using the removed
screws.
NO TE
Ensure that the switch on the smoke sensor base faces the cabinet door.
Step 3 Secure the smoke sensor to the base.

Step 4 Connect one end of the communications cable to the smoke sensor and the other
end to the SMOKE port on the UIM panel.
