Judgment Criterion Troubleshooting Method
The
maximu
m
number
of
progra
ms
(Availa

ms) that
users
can
watch at
the
same
time
reach
the
preset
maximu
m value.
If one of the following symptoms
occurs, the fault is because the available
programs reach the preset maximum
value.
l The ONU receives the report packet
and displays "the number of
program that the user is allowed to
watch has reached maximum".
l The number of programs that users
are watching is equal to the
available programs by running the
display igmp user user-index
command on the ONU.
NOTE
If Available programs is no-limit, the user
can watch 32 programs concurrently.
Choose one of the following
troubleshooting methods
according to the purchased service
type:
l Notify the user of closing some
programs and then ordering the
program again because the
available programs reach the
preset maximum value and no
more programs can be ordered.
l Increase the available programs
and notify the user of ordering
the program again.
NOTE
You can run the igmp user modify
user-index max-program command
on the ONU to modify the available
programs.
