QoS
rate
limitati

the port
is

vely
low.
On the ONU, run the display qos-info
traffic-limit port command to query
the target rate of the port and then
compare the target rate with the
bandwidth of the ordered program. The
target rate is lower than the bandwidth
of the ordered program.
NOTE
If the user port carries other services (such
as the Internet access service), the traffic of
all services must be lower than or equal to
the target rate. Otherwise, other services
may occupy the majority of traffic streams,
which leads to insufficient multicast
bandwidth. As a result, the pixelation
occurs.
On the ONU, run the traffic-limit
command to change the target rate
to an appropriate value or run the
undo traffic-limit command on
the ONU to cancel the traffic
limitation on the port.
