Problem
The chain wheel orientation needs to be changed.
Solution Change the Chain Guide Orientation
■
Remove the screw
and washer from the
bracket. Be sure to keep
the nut in place. A spare
screw has been provided
if needed.
■
Remove the chain wheel by pulling it up from the base of the bracket. Turn
the chain wheel to the new orientation and press back onto the base.
■
Install the washer and the screw.
■
Replace the bracket cover.
Problem
The shade will not fit into the installation brackets.
Solution
Check that the installation brackets are level and aligned. Adjust and/or shim
to level if necessary.
NOTE: If you have a cassette: Check that the headrail is completely inserted
into the installation brackers. See “Install the Shade— Cassette” on
page 11.
