12 X Check tightening torque
of chassis screws.
Refer to 5.2.5 Assembling the chassis,
5.22 Replacing the rear collision columns
and 5.23 Replacing front collision column/
lift sensor for screw locations and
5.30 Screw fasteners for correct
tightening torque.
13 X Check chassis wire
bushings.
Check all rubber seals leading into the
chassis.
14 X Inspect blades and blade
screws.
15 X Inspect skid plate and
skid plate bearing.
Make sure the skid plate can rotate freely
and that the ball bearing does not make
a noise.
16 X Clean the charging sta-
tion.
17 X Inspect and polish char-
ging plates on mower and
in charging station.
Polish contact surfaces on both mower
and charging station charging plates with
a ne grade emery cloth.
18 X Carry out an Auto test of
all components in Auto-
check EXP.

19 X Check that docking and
charging work correctly.

20 X Check the condition of the
battery by carrying out a
battery test.
Refer to 6.6 Battery test
21 X Fully charge the battery. Always charge the battery fully before
winter storage. If this is not done, the
battery may be rendered useless due to
voltage levels dropping too low. Charging
the battery fully before winter storage
means it does not require maintenance
charging during the winter.
22 X Study the service messa-
ges for any recommended
upgrades.
