5.12 Changing the ultrasound
sensors (450X)
1. Dismantle the body, see 5.2.1 Dismantling
the body on page 59.
2. Dismantle the top cover, see 5.5 Changing
the top cover (450X) on page 64.
3. Unsnap the ultrasonic sensors from
underneath the body.
4. Release the cabling to the sensors from the
body.
5. Assemble new sensors and fasten the
cabling to them on the body.
6. Ret the top cover and the body.
5.13 Replacing the ultrasound
board (450X)
1. Dismantle the body, see 5.2.1 Dismantling
the body on page 59.
2. Dismantle the chassis, see
5.2.2 Dismantling the chassis on page 59.
3. Loosen both cables connected to the
ultrasonic board.
4. Unscrew the 2 screws (Torx 20) securing
the ultrasonic board to the bottom of the
chassis.
5. Assemble the ultrasonic board, screw it on
and reconnect the cables.
6. Ret the chassis and body.
5.14 Replacing the headlight (450X)
1. Dismantle the body, see 5.2.1 Dismantling
the body on page 59.
2. Dismantle the top cover, see 5.5 Changing
the top cover (450X) on page 64.
3. Unsnap the headlight from underneath the
body.
4. Release the cabling to the headlight from
the body.
5. Assemble new headlight and fasten the
cabling to it on the body.
6. Ret the top cover and the body.
