4.1 Installation and login
Autocheck EXP can only be installed on PC
computers. The program has been developed
and tested for the following operating systems:
Windows XP, Windows Vista (32 and 64 bits),
Windows 7 (32 and 64 bits) and Windows 8
(32 and 64 bits). Compatibility with other operating
systems cannot be guaranteed.
The program uses a screen resolution of
1024 x 768. When using screens with lower reso-
lution full functionality is not guaranteed.
4.1.1 Installing Autocheck EXP
1. Exit all open programs on your computer.
2. Insert the DVD with the service program
into the computer’s player.
The installation program normally starts
automatically. If not, go to My Computer
and open it manually.
3. Follow the instructions given on screen.
4. When the installation has nished an
Autocheck EXP menu will be created
in the Start menu on your computer. A
shortcut is also automatically created on
the computer’s desktop.
4.1.2 Log in to Autocheck EXP
1. Start the program by double clicking on
the program icon on the desktop.
2. Enter your username and password in the
login box that now appears.
3. Select your country.
4. Log in.
Note! The rst time you log in after installing Auto-
check EXP requires an Internet connection.
It is recommended to make sure Autocheck EXP
can access the Internet as often as possible in or-
der to ensure you always have the latest updates
as regards cutting software, service documents,
etc. For a limited period, however, it will still be
possible to work with Autocheck EXP without an
Internet connection.
