Fault Filling
Unit shuts off au-
tomatically.
Solenoid valve or feed line is fouled or de-
fective.
Clean or replace solenoid valve
or feed line.
Defective coil. Measure coil and replace.
Water supply is not open. Open water supply.
Solenoid valve has not been electrically
activated.
- The cable connections are faulty.
- The relay on the main PCB is not oper-
ating.
Check or replace cable connec-
tions.
Measure voltage atPCB termi-
nal 11 against 15
or replace PCB
The steam hose has not been laid at
enough of an incline, causing a water
pocket to form. The steam flow is ob-
structed.
Check placement of steam
hose. Remove water pocket.

Main contactor does not drop out.
Relay on the PCB is stuck.
Replace main contactor.
Replace PCB.
