EMIFS
EMIFS is a 16-bit interface, and provides four 64MB chip selects (CS0~CS3). The interface supports
memories such as NAND Flash, NOR Flash and SRAM.
EMIFF
EMIFF is a 16-bit interface, and supports SDRAM (up to 128MB), mobile SDRAM and mobile DDR.
