B.5.3 OGRANICZNIK UDŹWIGU (ŻURAWIE
X)
Zadaniem ogranicznika udźwigu jest zabezpieczyć
konstrukcję żurawia i/lub zapewnić statecznosć dla
żurawia. Zadziała wtedy gdy moment pochadzący od
ładunku na haku, przekroczy maksymalną wartość
wyregulowaną na zaworze.
Ten typ ogranicznika udźwigu stele analizuje konfigurację
żurawia i wilkość jego obciążęnia.
Kiedy ogranicznik udźwigu się włączy to w zależości od
położenia do poziomu 2°-go wysięgnika wszystkie ruchy
żurawia są wykluczone za wyjątkiem tych które nie
powodują zwiększenia momentu pochodzącego od
ładunku.
Poniższe ilistracje pokazują (w zależności od konfiguracji
żurawia) możliwe i niemożliwe ruchy żurawia.
B.5.3 LOAD LIMITING DEVICE (X CRANE)
The purpose of the load limiter device is to protect the
structure of the crane and/or safeguard machine stability. It
works by coming into operation when the moment given by
the load on the hook, exceeds the maximum value of
setting.
This type of load limiting device constantly analyses the
configuration of the crane and the load value.
When the load limiting device comes into operation and in
relation to the position of the 2nd boom to the horizontal, all
crane movements are disabled except those that don’t
increase the moment due to the load.
The illustrations that follow, show the crane configurations
and the enabled and disabled movements.
