B.5.4 OGRANICZNIK UDŹWIGU (ŻURAWIE Z
CE)
Zadaniem ogranicznika udźwigu jest zabezpieczyć
konstrukcję żurawia i/lub zapewnić statecznosć dla
żurawia. Zadziała wtedy gdy moment pochadzący od
ładunku na haku, przekroczy maksymalną wartość
wyregulowaną na zaworze.
Kiedy ogranicznik udźwigu włączy się, wszystkie ruchy
żurawia zostają unieruichomione za wyjątkiem sterowania
umożliwiającego powrót teleskopów.
Ilustracja poniżej pokazuje dozwolone i niedozwolone
ruchy żurawia.
Jeżeli teleskopowanie jest całkowicie wsunięte
a zadziała ogranicznik udźwigu, to aby wyprowadzić
żuraw z niebezpiecznego położenia należy naciskać
przycisk B resetowanie (patrz §B.4.1) i poruszyć
wysięgnikiem w kierunku zmniejszenia momentu
udźwigu.
B.5.4 LOAD LIMITING DEVICE (CE CRANE)
The purpose of the load limiter device is to protect the
structure of the crane and/or safeguard machine stability. It
works by coming into operation when the moment given by
the load on the hook, exceeds the maximum value of
setting.
When the load limiting device comes into operation, all
crane movements are disabled except the control to retract
the telescopic extensions.
The illustration that follows, shows the enabled and
disabled movements of the crane.
If telescopic components is fully closed and the
load limiter started, then to take out the crane from
dangerous position you must press the button B
(reset) (see §B.4.1) and move the outrigger to position
where you can reducing load moment
