B.5.6 PRZYCISK WYŁĄCZNIKA
BEZPIECZEŃSTWA (ŻURAWIE CE)
Czerwone wyłączniki bezpieczeństwa są usytuowane na
nadajniku radiowym (patrz zdjęcie) na panelu sterującym
obok głównego hydraulicznego zaworu oraz po przeciwnej
stronie tego zaworu (patrz §B.3.10, §B.3.11).
W przypadku niebezpieczeństwa lub wypadku, ruchy
żurawia są natychmiast zablokowane, kiedy naciśnięty
zostanie przynajmniej jeden przycisk STOP.
Kiedy przycisk bezpieczeństwa jest naciśnięty, olej z
obwodu zasilania kierowany jest do węża powrotnego do
zbiornika przez zawór elektrohydrauliczny.
Aby powrócić do normalnych warunków pracy żurawia,
należy przekręcić główkę przycisku do chwili aż zostanie
on odblokowany i powróci do normalnej pozycji.
Przed powrotem do normalnej pracy żurawia,
zawsze sprawdź czy sytuacja, która doprowadziła do
użycia przycisku bezpieczeństwa już ustąpiła i czy
bezpieczeństwo jest ponownie zagwarantowane.
SPRAWDZENIE POPRAWNOŚCI DZIAŁANIA
PRZYCISKU BEZPIECZEŃSTWA
Operując sterownikiem naciśnij równocześnie STOP
wyłącznika bezpieczeństwa; ruchy żurawia muszą być
natychmiast zatrzymane i wszystkie starowania żurawia
muszą być wykluczone.
Jeżeli znajdziesz jakąś usterkę, musisz
natychmiast zablokować wszystkie prace żurawia.
B.5.6 EMERGENCY STOP BUTTONS (EC
CRANE)
The machine is equipped, on the remote control
transmitter, on the fixed control board at control valve side
and on that at opposite control valve side with red
emergency button (see §B.3.10, §B.3.11).
In case of danger or emergency, the crane’s movements
can be blocked immediately by pressing one of the stop
buttons.
When the emergency button is pressed, the oil in the power
circuit is diverted to the return line by of a solenoid valve.
To restore the normal operating conditions, turn the head of
the button until the release is engaged and the button
returns to its normal position.
Before restoring the normal operating
conditions of the crane, always check that the
situations which prompted the use of the emergency
button no longer exists and that the safety is
guaranteed again.
CHECKING THE RIGHT WORKING OF THE
EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON
Operate with a joystick und push the emergency stop
button: the crane movement must stop immediately and all
crane controls must be forbidden.
If you find some defects, you must block
immediately the crane operations.
