B.5.7 OGRANICZNIK UDŹWIGU PRZY
RĘCZNYM PRZEDŁUŻENIU WYSIĘGNIKA
Zadaniem ogranicznika udźwigu jest zabezpieczyć
konstrukcję ręcznego przedłużenia wysięgnika i/lub
zapewnić statecznosć dla żurawia. Zadziała wtedy gdy
obciążenie od ładunku na haku, przekroczy maksymalną
dopuszczalną wartość obciążenia.
Ten typ ogranicznika stale analizuje wielkość
podnoszonego ładunku na haku ręcznego przedłużenia
(patrz obsługa ogranicznika).
Kiedy ogranicznik zadziała wszystkie ruchy są
unieruchomione. Aby ruszyć żurawiem konieczne jest aby
odłączyć ogranicznik przez przełącznik wyboru i wykonać
odpowiednie ruchy aby wyprowadzić ładunek na
dopuszczalny obszar pracy.
Odpowiedzialność za odłączenie ogranicznika i
odpowiedzialność za nieodpowiednie ruchy spoczywa
na operatorze.
B.5.7 MANUAL EXTENSION LOAD LIMITING
DEVICE
The purpose of this device is to protect the manual
extensions structure, the crane structure and/or safeguard
the machine stability. It is activated when the load at the
hook exceeds the maximum rated load.
This type of load limiter constantly analyses the load
hooked to the manual extension. (see manual of the
limiter).
When this device is activated, all movement controls are
disabled. In order to move the crane, it’s necessary to
disable the limiting device by the selector switch, and to
execute the recommended movements to set the load into
the permitted range.
The responsibility of the exclusion of this limiter
and the execution of unadvised movements falls on the
operator.
