Network adapter

1. Make sure that the network adapter is
supported.
2. Replace the network adapter, as described
in “Removing a network adapter” on page
61 and “Installing a network adapter” on

A system board error occurred. Replace the management card assembly, as
described in “Removing the management
card” on page 73 and “Installing the
management card” on page 75.
System board error

A system-board and chassis assembly error
occurred. A microprocessor failure shows up
as a system-board and chassis assembly error.
1. Replace the compute node cover, reinsert
the compute node in the IBM Flex System
Enterprise Chassis, and then restart the
compute node.
2. Check the event log for information about
the error.
3. Replace the system-board and chassis
assembly, as described in “Replacing the
system-board and chassis assembly” on
page 83.
