Yate Production Dryers
Edition
2006.09.21
The motor drives both the fan and the drum, alterna-
ting the direction of rotation at set intervals which are
programmed electronically or timed electromechani-
cally; when the drum rotates counterclockwise, the
heating elements are deactivated.
Air drawn in from the outside is blown through the
heating elements and into the drum, entering by way
of the rear holes.
The forced air, heated, penetrates the damp fabrics
and converts the moisture to steam. From here, the
steam passes through a filter located in the bottom
part of the door seal and is vented to the atmosphere
by way of a duct.
